Die Wahrheit ist auch den Kindern zumutbar!<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/header><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div> [vc_column_text]Meine langj\u00e4hrige T\u00e4tigkeit im Mobilen Hospizdienst, die Begegnung mit vielen von Krankheit, Trennung und Tod betroffenen Familien und der Bedarf nach professioneller Trauerbegleitung f\u00fcr Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene lie\u00df meinen Beruf der Familientrauerbegleiterin entstehen. Auf Basis meines sozialen Grundberufes und der Absolvierung eines interdisziplin\u00e4ren Basislehrganges f\u00fcr Palliative Care entwickelte ich durch die praxisnahe Arbeit mit den betroffenen Trauernden ein gro\u00dfes Fachwissen und eine breite Methodenvielfalt. Ebenso absolvierte ich bei Mechthild-Schroeter-Rupieper, Chris Paul, Roland Kachler, Verena Kast und Ruthmarijke Smeding einschl\u00e4gige Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung. Unterschiedliche Trauertheorien und Trauermodelle flie\u00dfen in meine Arbeit ein, wobei im Mittelpunkt f\u00fcr mich immer der trauernde Mensch in seiner Einzigartigkeit, mit seinen individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen steht.<\/p>\n
